Atty. Justin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, where he graduated as the Top 1 of his class and was a recipient of the PLM College Academic Excellence Award. With a proven track record of responsibility, impeccable punctuality, and a natural flair for organization, Atty. Justin was the former President of the PLM Law Student Council and Chairperson of the PLM Central Bar Operations for the year 2022-2023. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023
