As the firm garnered acclaim for its proficiency and dependability, it experienced a substantial transformation. In response to its expanding clientele and evolving needs of the legal industry, the firm rebranded as Magsalin, Magsalin and Associates and repositioned its office to the Commonwealth district of Quezon City. This move signified a new era in the firm's history, enabling it to diversify its services and access a wider clientele. During this period, Magsalin Law broadened its practice areas, particularly by entering into real estate law. This specialization engaged specialty developers and contractors, establishing the firm as a significant entity in the industry. As the firm continued to grow, the need for a strategic partnership became evident, leading to the establishment of BIZWISE – an accounting firm.
